About the Market
The Mid-City Art & Farmer's Market is a family friendly event held in Comiskey Park. The market is hosted by the Tulane-Banks Neighborhood Association and all funds raised through the market will be reinvested in Mid City. The goal of the market is to offer artists and local vendors an opportunity to showcase their products. We are also excited to invite New Orleans to check out our favorite pocket park!
In addition to booths by local craftsmen, artists, makers, & farmers; the market will include food trucks, beer, live music, and family-friendly entertainment.
The market is both kid and dog friendly, but please keep dogs on a leash.

Booth & Sponsorship Information
Sponsorship Levels:
$100 Bronze- Your company will be mentioned in the press release, the logo will be included on the event banners and website plus a special social media shout-out on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
$250 Silver - Includes everything from the Bronze level plus you can choose 1 option:
- donate a 10x10 booth to a charity of your choice.
- one reserved table in the picnic area
$500 Gold - Includes everything from the Silver level plus a reserved picnic area for your group where you can set up a hospitality tent with tables and chairs and you are welcome to bring in ice chests with refreshments and beverages.
$1,000 Area Sponsor- We have several $1,000 level sponsorships including the stage area, the kid zone, the picnic area, the first aid tent, the VIP area and potentially additional areas that we are happy to discuss.
$5,000 Presenting/Title Sponsor- Official market name will be Mid City Art & Festival Market presented by "sponsor". Company name and logo will appear on all signage, website, promotional material, social media and all merchandise (except the plain text "Mid City AF" tees). Includes an Area Sponsorship (stage, picnic, kid zone, first aid tent, VIP area, etc).

Booths:
The only requirement for items sold at your booth is that all items must be handmade and any food items must comply with the Louisiana cottage food industry regulations. The Mid City AF Market welcomes:
-Artists
-Farmers & fresh produce
-Makers
-Additional food items in accordance with Louisiana cottage food industry regulation compliance
Booths are 10x10 spaces and cost $50. Vendors are allowed to split booths. You will need to bring your own tent, tables, chairs, etc. Only the space will be provided.
We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors for each category.

The deadline is Saturday, Dec 1st but booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis and may sell out prior to the deadline.
Also, we plan to promote confirmed vendors on our website and social media, so sign up early to get the most out of your participation!
